Founded in Cape Town in 2010, Fine Details began with a simple commitment: to supply exceptional linen and provide thoughtful, personal service.
Those first linen orders were only the beginning. As our clients’ needs evolved, so did Fine Details — expanding beyond the bedroom, broadening our capabilities and growing a team focused on exceptional guest experiences.
Today, more than 300 properties across 14 countries form part of our story. Each has its own character, standards and vision for hospitality. Behind them are passionate people, and getting to know them has always been at the heart of how we work.
Sixteen years on, Fine Details has grown significantly, but our approach remains simple: every relationship begins with a conversation. We listen, understand the property and work through every detail together.
